FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. When should I arrive for my service?
We always suggest arriving at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so there is enough time to check in, fill out paperwork and get comfortable for your service. If you are having a Spa Service done that day, we invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can enjoy an aromatic footbath to compliment your treatment and enhance your relaxation.

2. What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In our industry, it is important to our livelihood that our appointments come in as scheduled. 24 hours allows your appointment slot to be booked again, giving someone else the chance to come in and see us. We always allow a one time exception to this policy, however, if you miss a second appointment, we require fifty percent of the service total due. If a third appointment is missed, we require one hundred percent of the service total.

3. What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Arriving late will cut into your service time, and you will only receive the treatment for the remainder of your appointment. However, brow waxing appointments only book in for 15 minutes, so if you are late for that you may not be able to make your service, and you will have to use your one time exception to the 24 hour cancellation.

4. Can I bring my children?
Due to the nature of our services, please use discretion when bringing children to the spa.

5. What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Booking Agents when reserving your appointments if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, recent surgeries, allergies, or if you are pregnant. Also, please advise us of any medication you’re taking, as some of these medications could affect a waxing. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

6. What about my comfort?
The time here is yours, and you should fully indulge in the experience. Whether it’s the temperature of the room, the amount of pressure during your massage, or the volume of the music, please notify us at any time of any discomfort and we can surely accommodate you.

7. In regards to waxing, what is the proper hair length to come in with?
It is generally a good idea to have at least a couple of weeks of hair growth before you have your waxing appointment.
