Gentlemen, a tip for you. When purchasing lingerie for your partner you should have two pieces of information: bra size (sneak a peak in her bra drawer, you are looking for a band size and cup size, example: 34C), and panty size (small 2-4, medium 6-8, large 8-10, x-large 12-14). If your partner has purchased lingerie from us before, we will have a record of her size and what brand/s she has previously purchased and we will be able to give you a good idea of what styles she prefers. We are happy to hand-write any message that you would like us to add. This option can be added during the check-out process.

Unmentionables Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.  If, however, you would like to make an exchange, we will accept exchanges within 30 days, in original condition with all tags intact and original receipt.  We will grant in-store credit for the retail value of the items returned or you can exchange it for another item of equal value.  Gifts must be accompanied with the gift receipt, in original condition and all tags attached.  This policy ensures that we maintain the integrity of our lingerie and products.
